If you are already using another umbrella provider or have been using some other form of getting paid on contract and are not 100% happy with your present situation we would like to hear from you. If you switch over to us:
- You can always deal with a real person who is a member of the Smart Pay team – or if you prefer use the My Smart Pay portal to view transactions and raise timesheets.
- You will be appointed a personal contact, dedicated to helping you with any aspect of our service.
- You will only pay a small fee, agreed in advance, for administration of payments made.
- No upfront or exit penalties, and no fees for periods when no payment is made to you.
- You will receive prompt payment direct to your bank account in a choice of currencies.
- You will have access to an extensive range of employments benefits and providers of services specifically aimed at contractors e.g. contractor mortgages
All you have to do is:
- Complete and submit your timesheet to record the hours you have worked.
- Log in to the My Smart Pay portal and enter any business expenses you have incurred.
- Submit evidence of the expenses claimed (e.g. receipts) by email, post or fax.
Then sit back and we take care of all the rest!
- process your payment, including any expenses.
- notify you, by sending you an email payslip, that payment has been made to your bank account, and that your payslip is available within the My Smart Pay portal.
